    Roadmap

This page shows where the Alliance Business Suite is heading. Everything below the current release is planned: it is not available yet, and its scope and order can change as we learn from customers. We name releases, not dates. What has already shipped is recorded in the changelog.

    Now: 2.4, the commercial release

2.4 is in its final release checks. When it ships, it brings the commercial loop together, with your books kept in your own currency:

    • Credit and debit notes against your invoices.
    • Every document keeps its own currency, and new workspaces choose theirs, with no fallback to US dollars.
    • Order numbers, and orders placed directly from a quote you received.
    • Courses you can sell: buying a course enrolls the buyer.
    • Banners you manage from Studio and place on your site.
    • A usage view that shows what your workspace uses and what it costs.
    • AI advice on approvals, only if you turn it on.
    • Sign-in with your email address, and stronger sign-in protection.
    • A refreshed Studio.
    • Nucleus Web, the web app where your people and your AI agents work together in your workspace.

The full list is in the changelog.

    Next: 2.5 (planned)

    • Recurring billing. Subscriptions renew on schedule, with renewal reminders, and recurring payments run through Mercado Pago, Stripe and other payment providers behind one subscription experience.
    • Usage-based pricing. Usage beyond your plan's included amounts is measured and billed.
    • Electronic invoicing in Colombia. Delivery of electronic invoices to DIAN end to end, once the registration and certification steps with DIAN are complete.
    • Accounting. Improved foreign exchange handling, and revenue recognition under IFRS 15.
    • One checkout. Marketplace and point-of-sale sales share one checkout path.
    • Nucleus Desktop. The desktop app on the Alliance Business Suite, alongside Nucleus Web, where your people and your AI agents work together as one organization.
    • Downloads. A public downloads page for Nucleus Desktop, starting with Windows, then macOS and Linux.
    • Proof of documents. Prove that a signed contract or an issued electronic invoice has not changed since it was issued. Anyone can check it, outside the platform, through a public verification page.
    • Content and reach. Blogs, better email deliverability, and smarter search.
    • Developers. SDK 2.5 and a broader integration runtime.

    Later: 2.6 and beyond (planned)

    • Money out. Payouts, refunds across payment providers, and a credit note and its refund as one action.
    • Marketplace sellers. Orders and payouts per seller.
    • Payroll.
    • More countries. Tax and invoicing profiles for the United States, then Peru.
    • Learning and content. Grading and quizzes for courses, and comments and scheduling for content.
    • Contacts. Merging duplicate contacts.
    • The Nucleus apps. Nucleus Mobile, the phone app with nearly the same features as Nucleus Web and Nucleus Desktop, and working together live in Nucleus Desktop.

Further out, and only after a legal review in each country: stablecoin payments on invoices, crypto holdings as accounts in your books, and course certificates your learners keep in their own wallet. Blockchain features are off by default, switched on per plan and per workspace, and the platform never holds your private keys.

Long term: the platform's direction (planned)

    • V4: Finance Cloud. The foundation for businesses that build financial services on the platform: custody and payouts through the providers you choose, with every outgoing transfer going through an approval and your funds never passing through ours.
    • Alliance Business Cloud. A managed platform, built on the Alliance Business Suite, where you provision and run resources for your workloads across Azure, AWS and Google Cloud, for our products and for your own applications.
    • V5: Industry clouds. Solutions for specific industries, such as shipment events shared between importers, carriers and customs in international trade, loyalty and prepaid credits where regulation allows, and pay-per-use for AI agents. Each is built when customers ask for it.

    How this roadmap is kept

    • A capability is documented once it is real. Until then it stays here, marked planned.
    • Items move between releases as priorities change. The changelog, not this page, is the record of what shipped.
