Workforce is how you manage the people side of the organization: your employees, their pay and time, the way they learn and grow, and the shared spaces where they get work done together. It shares the same contact and identity model as the rest of the Suite, so an employee is the same person your other capabilities already know.

• Manage employees — records, org structure, shifts, leave, and appraisals.
• Hire: job offers, applicants and applications, each with a status.
• Keep pay records: salaries, and payroll records by period.
• Grow skills: courses, collections, instructors and students in the built-in Learning module.
• Work together — shared file and document workspaces, folders, and a file manager.
